Shipping
Most orders take 2–5 business days to get ready, then ship to you. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Halloween delivery: we recommend ordering by about October 19 with standard shipping to have your hoodie by October 31 in the U.S. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier and production times can vary, so order early.
Returns & exchanges
Every hoodie is made especially for your order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?
If something isn't right, email admin@hoodiecalendar.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us and we'll help.
